One flag tints the task light pink; both, a deeper pink. Don’t need it? Turn it off in Settings.

Drag either end of a task to change its length, in 15-minute steps.
Focus Timer
Give one task your full attention, one focused session at a time.
25 minutes by default; tap the time to set your own length. A calm sound if you like; never on by itself.

Notes
Every task has its own notes: a few lines, a checklist, or numbered steps.
Start a line with * or 1. and it becomes a checklist. Ticked items sink to the bottom, and the task shows how many are done.

Recurring
Repeat a task the way it really happens: whenever it’s due, or at a fixed time.
Dynamic: it comes back in To Do every day, week, month, 3 months or year; missed, it waits until it’s due again. Fixed: real tasks at the same time on your calendar, made ahead of time.
Missed today? Hidden until its cadence is due again.
Real occurrences at 07:00, made ahead of time. Pick how often:

Moving back to To Do
2 unfinished tasks moved back to To Do. Give them a time whenever you’re ready.
1 recurring (R) task also went back to To Do, unchecked and ready to place at any time.
Rest well.
Never lose a task
Once a task is added, it’s either ticked off or waiting for you in To Do or Someday.
A calendar task you didn’t finish goes back to To Do when the day ends, or when you close it. Ticked-off tasks stay struck through, so you can see what you did.
